Details and Terms

DVD sets consist of two dual-layer DVDs (DVD-9). These discs are factory-molded, not burned DVD-Rs. The DVD sets are shipped in dual DVD cases.

The CDs are writable disks (CD-Rs) and are shipped in envelopes which are not intended for long-term storage. Avoid exposing the CDs to sunlight.

All disks contain only data - no executables - for maximum cross-platform compatibility. If you don't have an Acrobat (PDF) reader, readers for many platforms may be freely downloaded from Adobe. Adobe makes readers for Windows, Mac, Linux and certain other systems. Other companies also make PDF readers. Most systems already have an Acrobat reader installed since it is a very common format for documentation.

• The media is warranted against defects for 90 days. This does not include disks exposed to direct sunlight, extreme heat, and obvious physical abuse. DVD cases are not warranted. No other warranties are expressed or implied. In the event of loss in the mail or damaged media, media will be exchanged but not refunded.
• PayPal will charge your account or credit card when you order. By using PayPal, you agree that this is acceptable.
• In unlikely the event of loss in the mail, please notify us and another copy will be sent. When shipping internationally, you understand that customs sometimes (rarely) holds packages for several weeks.
